The Independent Competition and Regulatory Commission (the Commission) is established under the Independent Competition and Regulatory Commission Act 1997 (ACT). Under the Act, we have statutory responsibilities for the regulation of prices and access to infrastructure services and other matters in relation to regulated industries, and for the investigation of competitive neutrality complaints and of government-regulated activities.
