We undertook a review of the form of control we use to regulate prices for the supply of electricity to small customers on ActewAGL's regulated tariffs. The purpose of the review was to ensure that our form of price control remains effective and appropriate, recognising changes occurring in electricity markets.
The review was established as a reset principle in the Commission's 2020-24 Price Direction for standing offer prices for the supply of electricity to small customers.
