Memorandum of Understanding - ICRC and AEMC
Reflecting the transition of energy regulation from states and territories to the national regulatory framework, the Commission and the Australian Energy Market Commission have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding. The Memorandum of Understanding covers regular exchanges of views on issues, sharing of appropriate information and documents and cooperation on transitional issues.
