Commission launches new website
On Wednesday 8 May 2019 the Commission released a draft report outlining its draft findings from its investigation into motor vehicle petrol prices in the ACT.
On Thursday 28 February 2019 the Commission released a progress report outlining its draft findings and draft recommendations from monitoring changes in beverage prices and identifying any competition impacts following the introduction of the ACT’s Container Deposit Scheme on 30 June 2018.
On 1 February 2019 the Commission released a technical paper on energy purchase costs which includes an expert report prepared by Frontier Economics.

The Commission released an issues paper on the Consumer Protection Code review on 29 November 2018.
On Wednesday, 24 October 2018, the Commission released a technical appendix providing background to the issues paper released on 15 October 2018.
