ACT GGAS Compliance Rule 2012

On 11 July 2012, the Minister for the Environment and Sustainable Development, Simon Corbell MLA, determined an amended Benchmark Compliance Rule under s.61 of the Electricity (Greenhouse Gas Emissions) Act 2004.  The instrument – Electricity (Greenhouse Gas Emissions) Benchmark Compliance Rule 2012 NI2012-367 – is available through the ACT Legislation Register at: www.legislation.act.gov.au/ni/2012-367/default.asp
