Substitute Price Direction for Regulated Water and Sewerage Services 2013-18

Under the Independent Competition and Regulatory Commission Act 1997 and with effect from 19 May 2015, the Industry Panel’s Substituted Price Direction for Regulated Water and Sewerage Services 1 July 2013 to 30 June 2018 substitutes for the price direction issued by the Commission that has been operating since 1 July 2013.

ICRC Report on Industry Panel Outcomes

Water Demand Modelling Technical Paper

2015 Biennial Recalibration

Today the Commission issued a media release in relation to the cost of the 2015 biennial recalibration.  A copy of the media release is available below.

On 20 January 2015 the Commission published a technical paper on water sales forecasting as part of the ongoing 2015 biennial review process to determine the maximum prices for regulated water and sewerage services provided by Icon Water from 1 July 2015.

The Commission today announced the maximum prices that ACTEW can charge for its regulated water and sewerage services from 1 July 2014.
